AWORLD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions set forth herein (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the AWorld app and related APPs. AWorld in its sole discretion can restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Program Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Program Terms have been updated, AWorld will post new Program Terms and note the date that they were last updated. We encourage you to review the Program Terms on a regular basis.

By using the AWorld app you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Enrollment. No purchase is required to enroll with the AWorld app. To use the AWorld app, you must complete the enrollment process by providing complete and accurate information and indicating you acceptance of these Program Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. AWorld will send any communications to you directly through the AWorld app. You are responsible for maintaining your AWorld account and checking it regularly for notifications.
3. Points are reduced to zero upon closure of an AWorld account.
4. Points are non-transferable.
5. AW Points can be earned by you in connection with activities designed to increase your Impact Score and level on the AWorld app.
6. AW Points have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash. The accumulation of AW Points does not entitle you to any vested rights, and AWorld does not guarantee in any way the availability of any reward, redemption level, rebate or any other benefit. AWorld assumes no liability as to the addition or deletion of items from or for which AW Points can be collected.
7. Except as may be permitted by AWorld, AW Points cannot be assigned, exchanged, traded, bartered, purchased or given by gift or otherwise sold. Any AW Points so acquired are void.
8. By registered with AWorld, each Member (i) certifies that he or she is over the age of majority in the province in which he or she resides (or is supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to the Program Terms), (ii) consents to the company’s collection and use of certain personal information and terms as further described in the Privacy Policy, (iii) agrees to the Program Terms, as they may be amended from time to time.
9. Any abuse by a Member, any failure by a Member to follow these Terms and Conditions, or any misrepresentation by a Member may subject the Member to expulsion from the the platform, including forfeiture of all accumulated points.
10. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NEITHER AWORLD, NOR ITS SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNER, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS OR ANY OF THEIR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS, WARRANT THAT USE OF THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, VIRUS-FREE, OR ERROR FREE, NOR DO THEY MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO (A) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE APP, OR (B) THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF (I) THE CONTENT ON THE APP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PARTNER OFFERINGS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER AVAILABLE PROGRAMS, (II) DESCRIPTIONS OF PARTNER OFFERINGS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER AVAILABLE PROGRAMS, OR (III) USER CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP. THE APP AND ALL CONTENT, USER CONTENT AND OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE APP, PARTNER OFFERINGS, PRODUCTS AND OTHER AVAILABLE PROGRAMS ACCESSIBLE OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP, ARE MADE ACCESSIBLE OR AVAILABLE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AWORLD HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE APP OR THE CONTENT, USER CONTENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE APP OR THE PARTNER OFFERINGS, PRODUCTS, OR OTHER AVAILABLE PROGRAMS ACCESSIBLE OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE APP, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, NON-INTERFERENCE, MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AS WELL AS WARRANTIES IMPLIED FROM A COURSE OF PERFORMANCE OR COURSE OF DEALING. THE WARRANTY LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION ARE NOT INTENDED TO LIMIT ANY WARRANTY PROVIDED DIRECTLY BY A PARTNER OR BY THE APPLICABLE MANUFACTURER OF PHYSICAL PRODUCTS OR ANY EXPRESS REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES BY AWORLD THAT ARE INCLUDED IN OTHER APPLICABLE TERMS.
11. The APP can contains links to websites maintained by other parties. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not because we endorse or have an opinion about the contents on such websites. We expressly disclaim any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such websites or the privacy practices of those websites. If you decide to access websites maintained by other parties, you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss, or liability caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with any use of or reliance on any content, Products, or services available on or through any such linked site or resource.
12. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AWORLD, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses, including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees, arising out of, related to, or in connection with any of the following: (a) any User Content submitted or posted by you, in connection with the APP, or any use of the APP in violation of these Terms of Use; (b) fraud you commit or your intentional misconduct or gross negligence; or (c) your violation of any applicable U.S., Canadian, or foreign law or rights of a third-party.
13. You are solely responsible for your interactions with partners  and other users of the APP. To the extent permitted under applicable laws, you hereby release AWORLD from any and all claims or liability related to any product or service of a partners, regardless of whether such product or service is a partner offering available through the APP, any action or inaction by a partner, including, without limitation, but not limited to any harm caused to you by action or inaction of a partner, a partner’s failure to comply with applicable law and/or failure to abide by the terms of a partner offering or any other product or service purchased or obtained by you from the partner, and any conduct, speech or User Content, whether online or offline, of any other third-party.
